Welcome Aboard!

This web site is dedicated to the men and women who served in U.S. Naval Patrol Squadron (PATRON) VP- 93 from its second commissioning in 1976 until its decommissioning in 1994.   Following the squadron's disestablishment in 1994,   the VP- 93 Alumni Association was formed to preserve the "Executioners" proud history and to acknowledge the important role the Naval Air Reserve patrol force played during the Cold War years and beyond.  The Association collects no dues.  Membership  is not restricted to former VP-93 personnel but is open to all individuals  who have an interest in VP Aviation. 

VP-93 Alumni Association activities include:  

  • Continuing preservation of the squadron's last flying P-3B (LH02) on permanent display in the Selfridge  ANGB  Military Air Museum 's Air Park .  LH02
  • Conducting interior tours of LH-02 during the Museum's April through October (weekend's only) visitor season.
  • Annual August golf outing and family picnic - Alays 1st Weekend in August (Sat.)
  • Annual "Fall Muster" - has changed to the last weekend in October which is also the last weekend the Museum is open
  • Quarterly meetings (first Thursday March/June/September/December) in the Selfridge Military Air Museum
